Good Day West Coast

You will note that i changed the name of my newsletter to the "Bokkom News" as it came to my attention that there was already a newsletter going out with a name almost the same as mine. In order to prevent confusion and not be be associated with the other newsletter I decided to change the name of my newsletter instead.

You can view the latest events at the end of this email and at http://www.bokkom.co.za/blog/west-coast-event/ and remember that I add the events for free. Ons this note, please bear in mind that i do this for fun, i do not like to work. So if you send your event please type in your email exactly what you want to appear on the web site. If you send me a 10 page document so that i must think which 50 words to add on the web site i normally will not find time to do it and your event will unfortunately probably not make it to the events page.

Down Wind Dash:
Big news in Langebaan this weekend is the Down Wind Dash. Malcolm and his team worked very hard to make this a success. Normally we dislike the wind but this weekend we pray that the wind will blow and will not disapoint this team. For those who do not know what it is about, you can have a look at www.langebaandash.co.za . Good luck to all participants and to the orginizing team.

Correction:
Last week we said that Laura's Pottery Studio will open on 11 Feb. The date has been moved to 25 Feb. So please do not rock up there tonight.

Valentines Day

The following events take place every week:

Mondays:

• Frame Domain will be hosting Painting mornings every Monday and Tuesday from 9h30 to 12h30. Interested people are invited to join the group which will be informal and relaxed.  We are hoping to be able to invite artists in once a month to hold workshops and to give guidance on work we have been doing. The cost will be R50 per morning, excluding the workshops, and bookings must be made in advance with Moira 082 5766619.

Tuesdays:
