- West Coast Marathon – This is the last Two Oceans qualifier. There will be a 42.2km, 21.1km and 5km Fun Run/Walk. Entries close on 1 March. Click here to download the information and entry form

- Course – Learn Folk Art Painting. Margrit Flemming from Boston USA. Course will take place from 14h00 to 16h30 on above mentioned dates. Cost R100 per class. We will provide you with paint and some objects to paint on like glass ornaments, flower pots, and some “surprise” items. Classes will be held in Langebaan. The New Balance WP Triathlon incorporates the WP Triathlon Championships which will see many of the provinces athletes fighting for a place in the WP Triathlon Team.
Entries are open www.entrytime.co.za and more info can be found there -
The days activities start off at 07h00 and will include various age group specific distances. A FUN sprint distance eventhas also been arranged for individuals and team entries. Some of Cape Town’s top teams will be in action as well as a few new athletes to the sport of triathlon.
